Jupiter Legend · San Francisco

Twelve guests, two wineries, no coach

A van of twelve guests at most leaves San Francisco for a tasting at Jacuzzi Family Vineyards, two hours on Sonoma Plaza and a second tasting at Artesa in Napa's Carneros, with Bay photo stops at both ends. Pick it if you want the fees paid but can't face a full-size coach.

Premium Small-Group Napa & Sonoma Tour

About this experience

Jupiter Legend runs this day in a small group of twelve at most, with San Francisco pickup included. The listing gives a departure around 8:45 to 9:00 a.m. and a return around 5:30 p.m. You stop for 15 minutes of photos on Treasure Island on the way out, and for 25 minutes at Battery Spencer, the classic Golden Gate lookout, on the way back.

Two wineries, both with the tasting included (the listing puts a value on them). The first is Jacuzzi Family Vineyards on Arnold Drive, in Sonoma County. After lunch comes Artesa on Henry Road, on the Napa side of Carneros south of the city of Napa. Artesa was bought by Jean-Charles Boisset in September 2026, per Wine Spectator, and keeps its name. From 1 January 2027 the listing says Roche Winery replaces Jacuzzi, which keeps the day in the same Carneros corner of Sonoma.

Between them you get two hours on Sonoma Plaza for lunch at your own cost. That's generous, and guests like the pace. The trade-off is plain: two tastings instead of three, and nothing up the Napa valley floor. If three pours matter more than group size, the Tower Tours day costs less.

  • Twelve guests at most
  • Tastings at Jacuzzi and Artesa included
  • Two hours of free time on Sonoma Plaza
  • Treasure Island and Battery Spencer photo stops
  • Bottled water and light snacks on board

Tips before you book

  • Artesa is appointment-only for independent visitors, so this is an easy way in.
  • Two hours on the plaza is enough for a sit-down lunch. Book a table if you're picky about where you eat.
  • Bring layers: Carneros is the coolest corner of the valley, cooled by breezes off San Pablo Bay.
  • Booster seats for children under 6 are available. Ask when you book.
